Project Lead
Carley is the day-to-day client liaison, combining business acumen with creative flair. She keeps governance, systems and processes on track while planning ahead and resolving issues quickly.
Alana Rusell
Senior Interior Designer
Alana is a key design liaison for clients, managing selections, materials, samples and prototypes. She oversees styling and procurement to deliver results that align with the design vision.
Juliet Buhler
Interior Decorator
Juliet supports projects by managing schedules, coordinating suppliers, obtaining quotes and tracking samples and prototypes. Working closely with Alana, she keeps communication clear and consistent throughout selections and procurement.
Kristian Arcipe
Documentor/Designer
Kristian is an architect specialising in documentation and 3D, currently studying civil design. He translates design intent into accurate, buildable drawings and models that guide projects through construction.
Bruce Long
Quality Control
Bruce is a builder by trade with extensive experience in furniture manufacturing and quality control. He reviews shop drawings and finishes, coordinates factory production and oversees quality in Asia.
Glenn
Operations & Logistics
Glenn oversees transport, warehousing and logistics with a focus on safety and efficiency. He leads the transport team, keeps stock organised and deliveries on time, and improves warehouse processes.
